Location: Hatton Garden, London (in-person, full-time)
Salary: £40,000 base + potential future equity
About Us
We’re building London’s leading Bitcoin hub and start-up accelerator, a space where founders, investors, and innovators come together. Through curated events, memberships, and sponsorship partnerships, we’re developing a thriving ecosystem that supports the next generation of Bitcoin and frontier-tech ventures. Based in Clerkenwell, we run a busy calendar of events and are cultivating a community at the cutting edge of both finance and technology.
The Role
As Programme Coordinator, you will:
- Run the day-to-day operations of Antidote's 12-module Founder Curriculum for cohort companies under integration — scheduling sessions, booking rooms, prepping materials, and making sure every module runs on time and on brief.
- Be the main point of contact for founders in the cohort: answering questions, chasing actions, organising office hours, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate the expert network of mentors, speakers, and guest facilitators — handling outreach, scheduling, briefing notes, and follow-ups so sessions land well and relationships are maintained.
- Keep cohort records in order: attendance, milestone tracking, feedback collection, and a clean view of where each company is at, ready to share with the CEO and leadership at Antidote.
- Support founder integration into the Hatton Garden space — onboarding new companies, introducing them to the wider community, and connecting them to relevant people across Antidote's network.
- Help prepare materials for cohort sessions, board updates, and investor reporting — pulling together slides, notes, and progress summaries under direction from the CEO.
- Pitch in on Antidote events and community programming where they overlap with the cohort — sponsor dinners, demo days, founder socials — making sure the cohort shows up and gets value.
- Spot what's working and what isn't on the ground, and feed that back to the CEO so the curriculum and programme keep improving cohort by cohort.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 2 years of work experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in Bitcoin and understanding of the ecosystem
- A desire to work in Venture Capital and/or Entrepreneurship
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude: someone who thrives on ownership and accountability.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
